Actually, that is a lie. I got my first pair of beautifully rimmed lenses in 1st grade when the boy I sat next to told me to get my eyes checked because he was tired of having to read the board to me. It was the weakest prescription possible and I stopped wearing them once the novelty wore off. I did, however, pull them out again for my 2nd grade school picture so I could get my picture taken first with the special camera lens! But now, these are for real. Hello, world! I now am a wearer of glasses.
